If a shipment arrives with a dimensional or material problem, send photos and the batch number — we replace or credit it, and we cover the return freight when the fault is ours. Unused stock still in its original packaging can be returned; ask us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

We supply 304/316 stainless and grade 8.8/12.9 steel. EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates are available on request for trade orders. Batch numbers are printed on every carton label.
