Dispatch

Stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Saturday. Non-standard and made-to-drawing parts ship against the lead time shown on the quotation.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of 100 USD or more.
• Standard international shipping — a flat 12.00 USD on orders below that.
• Oversized or very heavy shipments (from roughly 20 kg) are quoted separately; we will contact you before the order is charged more than the checkout amount.
• Pallet and container consolidation is available for trade orders — ask us for a quotation.

Transit time

Parcels usually reach these regions in the following times after dispatch: Asia-Pacific 5–12 business days, North America and Europe 7–20 business days, rest of world 10–25 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees; customs inspection can add several days.

Tracking

A tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also see it in your account under Orders.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT and customs handling charges at destination are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. We declare the goods accurately and can supply the commercial invoice and any certificate of origin you need.

Dropshipping and blind shipping

For approved trade partners we ship without an invoice or any price information inside the parcel.
