What we collect

When you browse the store we record the pages you view, the products you put in a cart and your IP address, so that the cart works and so that we can see which products are popular. When you register a trade account or place an order we additionally store your name, company name, billing and shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and order history.

We never store your card details. Card and PayPal payments are handled entirely by PayPal; we only receive the confirmation of payment and the shipping details you supply.

Why we collect it

• To process, pack and ship your order and to answer questions about it.
• To operate the trade programme: approving wholesale accounts and calculating tier prices.
• To send order confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.

Who we share it with

Courier and postal carriers receive the name, delivery address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel. Payment providers receive the amount and the transaction reference. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the period required by Chinese accounting and export law. Trade account applications that are not approved are deleted after twelve months.
