Retail orders

You may return any unused stock item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Tell us first at info@sfxtec.com with your order number, and we will send the return address and instructions.

Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was wrong, damaged or defective.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the shipping you paid, and we will cover the return cost.

Wholesale and custom orders

Trade orders and anything manufactured or modified to your drawing are final sale; they cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the agreed specification. Please check the drawing and the sample approval before production starts.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. PayPal refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days; card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Restocking

We do not charge a restocking fee.
